Enrico Maestrini "art"

Even if it is not very well known, Chinese art has always influenced European art and, in particular, Italian art.

Since the beginning, ceramists copied Chinese products. Even western modern art owes a lot to the strictness of oriental art.

With the recent economical boom, China comes to the front of the world's economical scene, and Chinese art gets charged with new meanings.

The collection includes various items of Chinese ceramics from the earliest times to the 20th Century: white and blue, monocromes, policromes.

I also deal with items such as snuff bottles, carvings in hard stone, antique ivory and rare woods.

I also present a rich set of paintings made from the 19th to the 20th Century.

It is possible to download from here the catalogs for ceramics.
